Founded in 1988, we’ve been Miami’s go-to pediatric Ear, Nose, and Throat specialists for generations. Dr. Rafael R. Portela began his practice in 1988 after becoming the first pediatric trained otolaryngologist from Johns Hopkins University. His son, Dr. R. Antonio Portela, completed his training at Penn State University and joined his father in practice in 2013. We pride ourselves in providing the most up-to-date, comprehensive, and conservative care for our patients. We treat every child as family, bringing both empathy and innovation to each visit.
